By purchasing at Love Hera PH, please read and understand all the terms and conditions listed below.

I. ORDERING AND PRODUCTION1.) Please be 100% sure before placing an order as there will be no allowable cancellation of orders after you submit an order form. Bogus buyers and joy reservers will be posted and blacklisted.
2.) We have the right to cancel the orders (paid or unpaid) of any rude or impatient buyers. We do not tolerate any form of disrespectful behavior.II. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION1.) Payment details are found either in your order confirmation via dm or via email which will be sent within the day of ordering. Kindly fill out the payment form found on the order confirmation once you’re done paying. NO PAYMENT FORM SUBMISSION = NO PAYMENT.
2.) Once order confirmation is sent, strictly NO CANCELLATIONS. A 50% cancellation fee based on the price of the item ordered will be charged if so.
3.) Pay on time. Settle your payment on or before the said date of payment. If it is stated to be PAYO, make sure you have your payments ready.
4.) Late payments will have an additional fee of 50 Php each day of late payment. Cut-off for PAYO payments will always be 30 to 120 minutes after the order confirmation has been set. As for the announced DOP, the cut-off of payments will be every 11:59 PM.
5.) In the event that Love Hera PH cancels your preorder, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price without interest and free from any processing fees.III. SHIPMENT1.) The shipping method would be through Shopee Checkout, J&T/GGX direct, or SDD (Bacoor/Imus, Cavite).There will be a packaging fee for MODs of J&T/GGX/Flash Express direct, while the packaging fee of the Shopee Checkout and Tiktok Shop MOD is the price indicated in the listing itself.
2.) No rush shipping! Rest assured that the items will be shipped as soon as possible.
3.) We will not be held liable for any damage or loss done by your chosen courier. It is out of our reach, although, we will make sure to package the items securely hence the packing fees we charge depending on your chosen MOD.
4.) To ensure maximum space at our respective home addresses, the maximum allowable stay of your parcel at our address is 1 month regardless of your CBSF orders.IV. CLAIMS1.) Always let us know once the items have arrived home safely. You may send us an unboxing video or photo/s as arrivals.
2.) We will not be accepting photos as proofs, and the video should start from opening the pouch of your parcel. NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUNDV. PRIVACY POLICY1.) Rest assured that Love Hera PH will keep your personal information confidential. We humbly ask the buyers to keep the sellers’ personal information confidential as well. Please refrain messaging the sellers’ personal accounts and numbers unless urgent.
